The iPad Pro 12.9" 1st Gen launched in 2015 with Apple's A9X chip, and the first iPad Pro. ZoomFones technicians repair the iPad Pro 12.9" 1st Gen regularly at our Sydney stores - we know this exact model's screen, battery and port layout, so your repair is done right the first time.
iPad screen replacements are a larger, more involved job than a phone, so they take around 45 minutes. We replace the full digitizer assembly so touch works edge to edge, not just in the centre.
iPad batteries are glued in securely behind the screen. We open the device carefully, replace the cell, and reseal it so the iPad keeps working for years rather than swelling or shutting down.
We test Apple Pencil pairing and True Tone after a screen repair, because an iPad is often a creative tool. If a part option would affect Pencil or True Tone, we tell you before you book.
