Yes. Battery replacement does not touch your storage. We recommend a backup before any repair as a precaution, but your photos, apps and settings are unaffected.
That message appears when a non-genuine battery is fitted without the original battery data. We use genuine or correctly programmed OEM-grade cells so the message does not appear on supported models.
