Warranty & Returns

Every repair at ZoomFones carries a 6-month warranty on Apple devices and a 12-month warranty on Samsung devices, covering both parts and labour. If your device cannot be repaired, there is no diagnostic charge. Items can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase. Physical or liquid damage voids the warranty.

Physical or liquid damage to any device repaired or sold by us will void your warranty. Additionally, any repair attempts by a third party will void the warranty immediately. Please note that due to the unpredictable and progressive nature of liquid exposure, we cannot offer a warranty on water damage repairs. Furthermore, due to the extreme complexity of modern electronics, unforeseen or unfixable issues can rarely but occasionally occur once a device is opened.

Items may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase. Please note that we do not provide refunds for a change of mind. All warranties strictly exclude physical and liquid damage. If there is a major problem with a product, we will repair or replace the item. If the item cannot be repaired or replaced within a reasonable timeframe (30 days), you are entitled to a refund. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
